Thanks for the opportunity to serve....

It's almost time I get ready for the next phase of life;

It's almost time I bid everybody farewell;

It's almost time I leave for good.

In just a matters of weeks, I will be tendering my resignation as a Admin Assistant from Hoe Tan Co (Pte) Ltd. It's a small company dealing with various things like managing properties, rental of apartments, enbloc sale, provision of security guard services, among other things.

No doubt I have learnt lots of things from different people, given the chance to work both at site and head office. More responsibilities have also come along as time passes. Even the ordering of computers and supplies like ink cartridges are controlled by me.

Now, everybody is coming up to me and asking me questions, requesting for me to help them. I wanted to help but I am tied. I AM NOT A ROBOT NOR AM I YOUR SLAVE OR SERVANT. STOP ORDERING ME AROUND!!!

So what if you are more senior than me? Please respect me and my privacy...

Now that I am back from site, the Council members want me back there. People in the head office is grabbing me every moment, and I have no time to settle down. I am sick of working there. Sick of the 'hopeless' people there who holds the position of a manager/officer but asked me the same questions over and over again. How can u don't know? You are manager/officer you know? I only a small admin assistant, a small fry in the company. Why can't your just remember the procedures, the rules, the regulations?

So please wake up from your dreams and clear your brains!!!

Nevertheless, thanks for the opportunity to serve in your company. It has been an enlightening experience to be part of your team and I have benefited tremendously from it. I have become a more organised and knowledgeable person, and thanks for those who are always there to help me out....

A men's true emotions...

Recently, I read a post from my friend's blog which strongly relates to me. Here's the link:-

http://formedwithclay-byhishands.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html

In the post, he talked about how fragile men is, how he is being judged, how he is being perceived...

It is true that men got lots of things to talk; lots of inner emotions to pour out - but there must be someone or that special one who can make him feel secure and wanted...

A men can be brave and calm upfront, but you never know the problems that are plaguing him...
His family problems, his relationship problems, his friendship, his work, his daily interactions with people are some of the things that contribute to the problems...

I find it rather difficult to really reveal my inner true self to my loved ones...
I find it hard to open my mouth to voice out my opinions....
I find it pointless to tell others about my problem...

I know it is unhealthy to keep these problems to myself...I want to speak out but I am trapped....

PC Show 2007

This year's PC show event I believe will set a record-high of no. of people visiting the show and a record-high amount of sales volume made...

For those who are keen on setting up wireless network, buying a printer/scanner, signing up/upgrading your broadband plans, buying a projector/tv etc, the show is specially made for u..
You can choose over a wide range of dealers and companies to compare the competitive prices and features each gadget offers....

The human traffic was almost unbearable when I went yesterday. So be mentally prepared for those who are going this weekend to get special deals...The path was not wide enough to accomodate the massive human crowd which swamped the entire exibition halls on level 6...Movement was snaillike, from the start you set your foot in the lift or on the escalator.

Eventually, I brought a 1Gb Imation swivel pro 2 thumbdrive at $23...actually could have brought it for a price of $21 but the thought of squeezing through the crowd and the long quene took the better of me...

Look forward to comex 2007 in sep and sitex 2007 in dec...
